Attending: Jennie Mason, Megan Bledsoe, Amanda Alexander, Glynnis McBride, Mary Cadien
What we worked on: single rope warm up 10min, stretching 5 min, double dutch focusing on getting and getting out, switching off ropes, tumbling while spinning, run throughs, egg beater, long 4 person trick and basic goofing off. We wrapped up with stretching.
